Booking & service
Booking requests submitted through our website are not confirmed until we reply with pricing and pickup details. We reserve the right to decline a request when it falls outside our service area, capacity, or safety standards.
Safety & conduct
All riders are expected to follow basic safety rules, including remaining seated and following driver instructions. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring an approved adult is available for hand-off at pickup and drop-off when required.
Payment
Pricing is provided in writing before service begins. Payment terms for recurring routes and school partnerships are outlined in a service agreement.
Cancellations
Please notify us as early as possible if a ride needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. Recurring routes have flexible terms detailed in your agreement.
Limitation of liability
We carry the licensing and insurance required by the state of North Carolina. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected ride.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
