Membership questions
How does the review process work?
After you request a membership, we review your route, requested schedule, service area, and capacity. You'll receive an approval, alternative suggestion, or request for more information before any payment is collected.
How do household discounts work?
The first child pays the full plan price. The second child in the same household is 20% off that child's membership, and the third child is 30% off. Four or more children require a Custom Family Rate. Household ride savings apply only when children share the same or substantially overlapping approved transportation schedule.
What counts as one ride?
One ride equals one pickup to one destination. A round trip uses two ride credits — one leg out and one leg back.
What if I need to miss or reschedule a ride?
Active members can request schedule modifications through your parent contact. We'll do our best to accommodate changes based on route availability.
Is payment required upfront?
No. We don't collect payment or guarantee a route until your membership request has been reviewed and approved.
