Transportation policies

Clear, family-friendly rules that keep every ride safe and predictable.

Safety Policy

The safety of our passengers is our highest priority. All drivers are expected to operate vehicles responsibly, obey all traffic laws, and maintain a safe environment for every child and passenger.

Child Supervision Policy

Transporting The Future provides transportation services and is not responsible for supervision before pickup or after drop-off. A parent, guardian, school representative, or authorized adult must be available as required.

Pickup & Drop-Off Policy

  • Passengers must be ready at the scheduled pickup time.
  • Drivers will wait up to 5 minutes before proceeding to the next scheduled stop.
  • Authorized pickup and drop-off locations must be provided during booking.
  • Any changes must be communicated in advance.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before service may qualify for a refund or credit.
  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is required prior to transportation services unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Accepted payment methods will be provided during booking.
  • Outstanding balances must be paid before future services are scheduled.

Behavior Policy

To ensure a safe ride for everyone:

  • Passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is moving.
  • Bullying, fighting, or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
  • Repeated violations may result in suspension of transportation services.

Communication Policy

Parents and guardians will receive timely updates regarding transportation schedules, delays, and service changes whenever possible.

Weather & Emergency Policy

Transporting The Future reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel transportation services due to severe weather, road conditions, vehicle emergencies, or circumstances that may impact passenger safety.
