Child handoff

We follow a clear handoff process at pickup, during the ride, and at arrival — children are received and released only through the plan on file for that trip.

Authorized pickup

Parents identify authorized individuals during enrollment or on the ride request. Drivers confirm identity before releasing a child at drop-off.

Parent communication

Parents receive communication throughout the ride experience:

• Ride confirmations
• Pickup notifications
• Drop-off notifications
• Schedule updates and delay notifications when needed

GPS / ride tracking

Live tracking is available on select rides. When available, parents receive a tracking link so they can see the ride in real time.

Emergency procedures

In the event of an incident we contact parents immediately, follow local emergency response protocols, and provide an incident report to the family. Medical decisions are always deferred to qualified emergency responders.

Parents may provide transportation-related accommodation and safety information during enrollment or when submitting a ride request:
